Undergraduate student research is an outstanding experience for all students interested in pursuing medical school or a PhD in the physical sciences. Interested students should email their CV to Mike and check out the UIUC chemistry department page for introductory questions and funding opportunities.

Graduate students interested in joining the Strauss Research Group should apply to the Graduate Program in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Mike is always happy to discuss ongoing and future research opportunities within the Strauss Research Group, but he is unable to answer administrative questions related to the admissions process.

Postdoctoral scholars who are interested in performing cutting-edge research in synthetic methods development and polymer science should email Mike with a cover letter, CV, research summary, and list of professional references.
